Find the one thing holding your game back
Your number one fix, taken from your own match
Film one match on your phone and send it to us. Within 72 hours you get a report on how you really move on court, and the one thing that would most improve your game, with the exact minute of our lesson that shows you how to fix it.
- Your number one fix, in plain words, with a frame from your match that shows it
- One of our lessons that teaches it, linked to the minute where the fix starts
- Your movement in numbers: distance covered, a court map, and your time back to base
- Your next two fixes, each with a lesson, and a short clip of your rallies with your movement drawn on
Every report is prepared by our coaching team. Singles or doubles.
You finish knowing the one thing to fix first, and the minute of the lesson that shows you how.

Most players never watch their own match
“You’ll see in my ready stance, in a lot of my gameplay, I’m always standing very straight and also pushing off very slow in my movement, because I am not ready.”
Aylex, breaking down his own match in a lesson on Aylex Badminton
That is how every player gets better: watch the match, find the one weak point, drill it. Most players never film themselves, and the ones who do are not sure what to look for. So you send us the match, and we find the fix.
We ran the first report on Aylex’s own club singles match. His number one fix came back as the habit he had pointed out in that lesson: not ready between shots, with his racket down in 24 of the 31 moments we checked.
This is Aylex’s own report
One game of club singles, filmed from behind the baseline. Here is what yours will show, from the top.
- 1Your number one fix. What we saw in your match, why it matters, what to try, and our lesson that teaches it, linked to the right minute.
- 2How far and how much you move. Metres covered in your rallies and your movement while the shuttle is in play.
- 3Where you play from. A court map of where you stood, and how much of your time was spent at the front, middle and back.
- 4How fast you get back. Seconds back to your base after the shots you hit away from it, and the shots where you were not back in time.
- 5Your rallies and contact moments. Rally lengths, the shots we counted, and three snapshots of your body at contact.
- 6Your next two fixes, each with one of our lessons.
Three steps. One phone.

How to film it
- Phone about 2 metres high, behind the baseline, on a tripod or a high stand
- The full court in view the whole time: both baselines and all four corners
- Landscape, 1080p. Leave the phone still: no zoom, no following the shuttle
- One match, or 5 to 10 rallies. Tell us your shirt colour and which end you started at
By email within 72 hours of your video. Prepared by our coaching team.
Written for the player who wants to know what to work on
You play matches
Club nights, leagues or tournaments. You win some and lose some, and you are not sure which part of your game is costing you the points.
You watch our lessons
There are hundreds of tips on the channel. Your report tells you which one to start with, and sends you to the minute where it is taught.
You train without a coach
Nobody is watching you play. The report is a second pair of eyes on your movement, prepared by our coaching team, so your practice time goes on the right thing.
Not for you if you want a smash speed number. One phone camera cannot measure shuttle speed honestly, so we never give you one. Shot and rally counts are marked “counted”: soft shots at the net can be missed. Your report is about how you move, and what to fix first.

Your number one fix is one match away
Send us one match on video. Within 72 hours: your number one fix with our lesson for it, your movement numbers, a court map, your next two fixes and a clip of your rallies. Prepared by our coaching team.

Before you decide
How much is it?
US$19 for one report on one match.
What exactly do I get?
One report by email, as a PDF: your number one fix with one of our lessons that teaches it, linked to the minute where the fix starts; the distance you covered in your rallies; a court map of where you played from; your time back to base after your shots; your rallies; three snapshots of you at contact; your next two fixes, each with a lesson; and a short clip of your rallies with your movement drawn on.
Who decides my number one fix?
Our coaching team watches your match and writes your report and fixes. The lessons come from our own channel.
Do you measure smash speed?
No. One phone camera cannot measure shuttle speed honestly, so we never give you a speed number. Your report is about how you move.
Do you count every shot?
Shot and rally counts are marked “counted”. Soft shots like net shots and pushes can be missed, so treat those counts as a guide. Your movement and your fixes are the heart of the report.
Singles or doubles?
Both. Tell us your shirt colour and which end you started at, and we report on you.
Which end of the court should I play on?
Your numbers are most accurate on the half nearest the phone. Players change ends between games, so we report on the games you play on the camera side.
What if I do not have a tripod?
Any steady spot about 2 metres up works: a high shelf, a railing or the spectator seats behind the court. The full court must stay in view.
What if my video does not work?
We tell you within 1 day exactly what to film again, and the 72 hours start when the new video arrives. If you do not send a video within 30 days of your order, or we cannot read your match after one refilm, we refund you in full.
Is my video private?
Yes. Your video and your report stay between you and us. We never post them.
Can I order for my child?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to order, so a parent or guardian places the order and sends the video.
Is there a membership?
Yes, on YouTube. Tap Join on the Aylex Badminton channel to become a channel member. The report is sold here on its own.
